1.   To motivate young girls from Punjab at the 10 plus 2 level, for a career in the Defence Services.

2.   To build up physical and mental abilities and Officer Like Qualities in the selected girls.

3.   To impart training to selected eligible girls to qualify in the competitive examinations for a career in the Defence Services.
